The 3rd Annual OVAS Garage Sale and Membership Drive!

I’m a member of the Ottawa Valley Aquarium Society and today marked the start of another season for the Society.

The first event of the season is the Annual Garage Sale and Membership Drive where members (and others) get an opportunity to clean out fishy things from their garages and basements so that others can have the pleasure of buying fishy things and taking them home and filling up their own garages and basements with fishy things.

There were fish for sale, and plants and filters and lots of other interesting things. And, for those who like Tupperware containers, there were even some of those for sale. Of course, if you purchased the Tupperware, you had to take the greenery too !!!


There were things natural and a few things unnatural.

    Thanks for sharing the pics. I especially like the one with the 3 beautiful ladies. LOL! Andrew’s angel look great.
