Something to Crow about, Ottawa, Ontario

Went to visit my son by the offices of Canada post and was amazed at the number of crows that had decided that that would be their area to spend the night. The lights of the Airport Parkway cast a yellowish light on the overcast skies making for an even more eery scene.

I was walking through a particularly dark area of short pine trees trying to get a better angle for a shot of some of the roosting area. There were crows everywhere. Suddenly, I heard one making some guttural sounds just over my shoulder. I turned and fired. Got him!
