Franklin D. Roosevelt Library & Museum

Franklin D. Roosevelt Library & Museum (Location)

When we left the Culinary Institute of America only a few miles of south of this location on Hwy 9, we new that we would be cutting it close to the wire to see what we wanted to see int he time that we had left before the facilities started closing. Our choice was to stay here and tour the Franklin D. Roosevelt Library & Museum or continue further north on #9 to theVanderbilt Mansion National Historic Site.  While Adell was inside discussing the options and timing, I found a pink fire hydrant to photograph :-).  It would have made a wonderful match for the lavender colored fire hydrant outside the main entrance of the Shania Twain Centre in Timmin’s Ontario. 🙂 :-).

The decision was made to head north to see the Vanderbilt Mansion, so off we went again.
