NCC Greenbelt Trail 52
I had been to this area of the Greenbelt before but had never followed Trail #52 along its loop through the woods. The limited parking for the trail is at the corner of Walkley Road and Ramsayville Road a short distance to the east of where Walkely Road crosses the 417 (Location).
From the parking area, the trail heads up a slight slope along a gravel roadway and then the trail heads off to the left through mature forest.
I was hoping to see some wildlife but aside from some deer tracks in the soft soil and a fellow resting on a log beside the trail, I was alone in the woods with the colours of Autumn.
