Although it was drizzling, our footing was normally holding up quite well, but getting across some of the creek crossings required careful attention. Very slippery when wet!

Mist in the valley. It felt more like wind-blown rain to me, the camera only saw it as a misty day.

Didn’t count the steps but there were a whole lot of them by the time that we got to the end of this rather steep climb.
Up, Up & Away

Really needed a bit of colour to break the monotony of the misty green that had surrounded us most of the day.
Red Rhododendron to brighten the path

A cold, rainy day and here I was lying down in the wet grass taking a macro shot of a big black slug dining on a yellow buttercup right in the middle of the Offa’s Dyke Path. Can you believe it!!! Must have been a senior moment 🙂
